RESERVATIONS FOR 2008-2009 SEASON will begin on Friday, February 1, 2008. Please fill out the attached card and make a check for $150.00 for deposit on your lot and return to main office. Please retain this copy of rates for your records. Yearly and seasonal rents must be paid in full by November 1, 2008 . A penalty of $25.00 per month will be assessed for late payments after November 1 st .
Refund policy – Cancellation must be in writing and received before May 30 (no phone calls). No refunds after May 31 or after arrival for any reason.
