Bentsen Grove Resort is open year-round and guests can
check-in any time. Rates posted are for our 2010 - 2011
Season which begins November 1, 2010.

Rate Schedule / 2010 - 2011 Season:
Reservations for 2010 - 2011 Season will begin on:
February 1st. 2010
Reservations for a stay of 1 month or longer require a
deposit of $150 (cash or check.)
Balance due on length of stay is as follows:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and 3 Months - due upon arrival.
Seasonal (6 months) and Yearly - must be paid in full by
November 1st. A penalty of $25.00 per month will be assessed for late payments after November 1st.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be in writing (no phone calls please).
Refund Schedule on $150 deposit are as follows:
Cancellations prior to March 31 - full refund of $150
Cancellations prior to April 30 - refund of $100
Cancellations prior to May 31 - refund of $50
No refunds after May 31 or after arrival for any reason.
