Bentsen Grove Resort, our South Texas RV park in Rio Grande Valley is open year-round and guests can check-in any time.

Bentsen Grove Resort mobile home & RV park has lots that will accommodate mobile homes and RVs of all sizes and lengths. Extra Large Lots are also available, please contact the rental office for more information.

Rate Schedule / 2018 - 2019 Season:

Reservations for the 2018 - 2019 Season will begin on February 1, 2018

Short Term Reservations:

Daily & Weekly - If paying with a credit card, your card will be charged for one night stay upon booking your reservation.  Balance will be due upon arrival.   If paying with cash or check, full payment of reservation will be due upon arrival.  

1 Month or Longer  - A $200 deposit is required to reserve your lot.  Reservation is guaranteed when payment is received.  Balance on length of stay is due upon arrival (1st day of reservation).

Apartments - 50% is required to reserve an apartment.  Remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Seasonal Reservations (6 months) and Permanent Units:

A $200 deposit is required.  Remaining balance must be paid in full by November 1st.   A penalty of $25.00 per month will be assessed for late payments after November 1st.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Daily & Weekly - Cancellations received at least 2 days prior to arrival (reserved with a credit card) will be charged a $5.00 administrative fee.  The remaining balance will be refunded.  No-shows or cancellations received less than 2 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.

1 Month or Longer - Cancellations must be in writing (no phone calls please).  Cancellations received prior to December 1st will receive full refund of $200 (if paid with cash or check).  Deposits paid with a credit card will be charged a $5.00 administrative fee and $195 will be refunded.  Cancellations received after December 1st will be held over and must be used the following season only.

Apartments - Cancellations must be in writing (no phone calls please).  Cancellations received prior to December 1st will receive a full refund.  Cancellations received after December 1st will be held over to be used the following season.

No refunds after December 1st or after arrival for any reason.
