Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are Accepted.
$250 deposit is required to hold Apartment reservations and will be applied to rent.
Notifications of cancellations must be made in writing before December 1st to receive a full refund.
No Refunds and No Rollovers are permitted.
